Rooms a good size. Modem and comfortable. Fantastic breakfast.

Great for teleworking (and sightseeing to be explored later) and as a replacement of a short stay apartment with good quality and reasonable food as well as comprehensive front desk services.

They offered breakfast, amenities, everything with a really good price.

Location. It was 20 minutes walk to the nearest station (Yamoto Station).

Our twin bed room is spacious and has two bathrooms! Very good breakfast. Very nice staff.

This is highly recommended value hotel with really special setup. This is the first time I am sleeping in a hotel room with two doors, two toilets, comfortable two single beds. Our rooms come with breakfast, the hotel is walking distance to Aeon Town which has all types of pharmacy, groceries, supermarkets, restaurants and etc. Lobby area has a lot of vending machines for drinks, food, and free flow coffee and tea too. Checking on their hotel details and it's available in many perfectures. Will keep an eye on this hotel when I travel again to Japan.

Very good value for money, clean, lovely staff. All round a great budget hotel. Rooms are small but do the job. Breakfast included was good- it was Japanese style but had some bread and croissants to toast

Breakfast was OK and value for money rather than stay at Sendai or Matsushima. However, car is needed for outskirt location.

The room furnishing is somehow basic.

Wow, the name says it all, this is a great value. I didn't expect much after reading some of the reviews but I would gladly stay with this brand again based on this place. Staff were super cheerful, welcoming, and helpful. Room was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options that were kept fresh through to the end of service. The place is showing some wear in a few places, but was otherwise spotlessly clean.

The bathtub was a little smaller than average, even for Japan. Location is convenient, but a little boring.

The hotel was very clean, like the amenities and the front desk was so kind and very helpful, patient when trying to communicate. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that I didn’t like was it’s a bit far from the train station but manageable.

The price was low despite of the holiday season.

The bath room was small and maybe should improve the interior design a little bit and add more usb charging socket so it will help a lot for the guests.

Location was near Aeon shopping mall, convenient walking to a couple of restaurants. Large parking lot with free parking. This is a Best Western, has been remodeled to make larger rooms by combining two adjacent small rooms. Free coffee from a machine in the lobby. Tiny bathroom(s), but plenty of hot water and a nice shower.

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. Our family room had two bathrooms, which was super nice. We arrived at midnight because our previous accommodation fell through, but the last-minute Booking app reservation went through, and the staff was expecting us.

The beds were a little hard.

An easy going hotel close to city and easy to reach from motorway. All you need to just sleep for a night. God breakfast, japanese style. Perfect for a night to sleep and save money.

Although it’s a two star hotel, the attitude and approach of the staff was no different from the best four or five star hotel.The staff saved us in a very dramatic situation, as we forgot our precious belongings 150 km away from the hotel. They were considerate and helpful, full of compassion and empathy. Really exceptional people.The breakfast was good and the hotel was clean.There is a very delicious complementary coffee in the lobby.

A great overnight hotel with dinner and breakfast. We stayed in a twin room and out teenage kids in a triple room. The only difference is the twin has a Lou he whereas the triple has a third bed. Both rooms had TWO complete bathrooms! Toilet and shower/bath! Two aircon’s, a small fridge, kettle and TV. All toiletries and Yukata available. Really comfortable beds with dark curtains to block out the 5am sun! Dinner and breakfast are self serve buffet style. Limited menu items, but plenty of food. So you can help yourself to more if you are still hungry. There are MANY Vending machines with all sorts of snacks, noodles, drinks and icecream. Free detour coffee in the lobby. It seems to be a hotel that workers stay at overnight… so the dining room feels more like a mess hall. But it didn’t bother us. Very clean, no complaints from us.
